Cold Crab Dip | Quick Party Appetizer

Turn a humble can of Polar Salad Crab Meat into a tasty appetizer for your parties! Load up your tortilla chips with this creamy Cold Crab Dip.

Crab dip and tortilla chips

Ingredients: Serves 4-6

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbs milk
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbs prepared horseradish
  • 2 cans Polar Salad Crab Meat 6 oz., drained and flaked (12 ounces total)

Cold Crab Dip Instructions:

  • Save a pinch of green onions for garnishing at the end.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, green onions, and the prepared horseradish.
  • Once evenly combined, gradually mix in the crab meat.
  • Chill in refrigerator before serving, at least 10-15 minutes.
  • Top with the green onions you saved for a dash of color!
  • Serve alongside tortilla chips.
