Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and take about 5 business days to be delivered.

We offer shipping via UPS ground or UPS SurePost.

Returns

Any return or exchange inquiries made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to original payment, when approved in advance. Fill out the form below to get started.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

It typically takes about 8-10 business days for orders to get delivered to our customers.

When an order is placed, it takes up to 2-3 business days to ship out your package. If your order was made on a Friday, it will be shipped at the latest on the next Wednesday.

Polar uses UPS ground or UPS SurePost as our main carriers. Once shipped, it will take about 5 business days to deliver your package.


What shipping methods are available?

*UPS Ground- 5 business days to deliver

*UPS SurePost- 5-7 Business days to deliver. Uses UPS and US Post office to help deliver packages. When tracking number is given UPS tracking number is provided as well as USPS tracking number. Please check the USPS tracking number given by UPS on the USPS website to further track your package.


Where do we ship?

We currently only ship within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

We do not ship internationally.

Why does the website say there will be shipping delays?

Every February and May, our warehouse undergoes inventory maintenance. Due to this, orders placed during this time frame may not be shipped out until the maintenance is over.

We apologize if this causes any inconveniences and we appreciate your understanding.


Return Policy

What is our return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. For any returns or exchanges, please fill in the form below to request approval for a return.

Any Return or Exchange inquiries made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to original payment if approved in advance. Return requests can be sent to:

Ordered the Wrong Item?

Fill out the Return Request Form below with your order number and your return reason. If your return request is approved, you will send the package back to us at the location stated above. If the product is returned in a good condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

My package came damaged/there's something wrong with the products.

In order to approve the return, we will require that you send us a picture of the product, the “Best By” Date, and the production code (usually next to the “Best By” Date—not the UPC code).

If approved, please mail your returning product to:

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.


Don’t like it?

Contact us to explain your concern and discuss your options of either a refund or exchange. In such a case, return the product back to us at the location stated above.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your purchase may become lost, and Polar will not be responsible for that.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Return Shipping Labels and Postage:

A prepaid shipping label will be provided by Polar only if the return & refund request involves product defects, orders lost in transit, or products being damaged upon arrival. After filling out the return request form or customer inquiry form, a Polar customer service representative will review the case and respond with further instructions. If request is approved, Polar will provide customers with a prepaid shipping label(s) via email.

Customers are responsible for shipping and postage for returning the orders to the Polar address above if return reasons include unwanted item, disliking the product, or wrong purchase.

 

Refund Policy

What is our refund policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a week.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Return processes are the same as regular priced items unless indicated during point of sale. If a sale item is not available for return, it will be stated.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
