Shipping
Thank you for visiting our site.
It typically takes about 8- 10 business days for orders to get delivered to our customers.
When an order is placed, it takes up to 2-3 business days to ship out your package. If your order was made on a Friday, it may be shipped at the latest on the next Wednesday.
Polar uses UPS ground or UPS SurePost as our main carriers. Once shipped, it will take about 5 business days to deliver your package.
Below are the following shipping methods used:
*UPS Ground- 5 business days to deliver
*UPS SurePost- 5-7 Business days to deliver. Uses UPS and US Post office to help deliver package. When tracking number is given UPS tracking number is provided as well as USPS tracking number. Please check the USPS tracking number given by UPS on the USPS website to further track your package.
