
Cold Crab Dip | Quick Party Appetizer
Turn a humble can of Polar Salad Crab Meat into a tasty appetizer for your parties! Load up your tortilla chips with this creamy Cold Crab Dip.
Ingredients: Serves 4-6
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbs milk
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs prepared horseradish
- 2 cans Polar Salad Crab Meat 6 oz., drained and flaked (12 ounces total)
Cold Crab Dip Instructions:
- Save a pinch of green onions for garnishing at the end.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, green onions, and the prepared horseradish.
- Once evenly combined, gradually mix in the crab meat.
- Chill in refrigerator before serving, at least 10-15 minutes.
- Top with the green onions you saved for a dash of color!
- Serve alongside tortilla chips.
