Thai Red Curry

Ingredients:

  • Polar Thai Red Curry Paste: 1.8oz
  • Red Chili: 0.4oz
  • Vegetable Oil: 2 tbsp (1.4oz)
  • Polar Premium Coconut Milk: 13.5 fl.oz
  • Protein: 8.8oz (your choice)
  • Sweet Basil Leaves
  • Fish Sauce
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Directions:

  1. Rinse the basil leaves and red chili, pat to dry
  2. Heat the vegetable oil and add the Polar Thai Red Curry Paste
  3. Stir and fry, then add protein of your preference. Cook until it has cooked through
  4. Add red chili, sweet basil leaves (reserving some for garnish) and coconut milk
  5. Season to taste with fish sauce, salt, and sugar
  6. Serve in a bowl and garnish with sweet basil leaves
