Stri Fried Baby Corn

Ingredients:

- 3 tablespoons minced Polar Garlic

- 1 diced onion

- 2 cans of 15 oz Polar Baby Corn

- 2 tablespoons cooking oil

- 1 jar of 35 oz Polar Marinated Mushrooms

- 1 tablespoon of Polar Fish Sauce

- 1 tablespoon of Polar Soy Sauce

- 1 tablespoon of Polar Oyster Sauce

- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

- 3 tablespoons water

- 1 sliced red chile pepper

- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

 

Directions:

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet or wok.
  2. Cook garlic for 5 minutes or until brown.
  3. Add onions and baby corn to the garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms for 2 minutes. Pour fish sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water in a separate bowl, then add to the food mixture. Cook until nice and thick. Add chile pepper and cilantro, then serve.
