What ingredients do you need?

- 1 can POLAR 4oz Mushroom Slices
- 2 cans POLAR 4oz Shiitake Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 jar 7.5oz Nameko Mushrooms
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 green onions, chopped (separate the white part)
- 4-6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- ¼ tsp dried red pepper flakes
- 4 cups long grain cooked rice, refrigerated preferred
- ¼ cup POLAR soy sauce
- 1 tsp POLAR sesame oil
- ½ cup frozen peas
- ½ tsp salt and a dash of black pepper
How do you make it?
Follow these simple steps to create your Mushroom Fried Rice:
- In a large nonstick frying pan or wok, heat 1 tbsp cooking oil over medium high heat.
- Add white stem part of the chopped green onions, minced garlic and ginger to frying pan, stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add all mushrooms to step 2. Stir to just mix, season with ¼ tsp salt. Pour mushrooms to a bowl and set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tbsp cooking oil to frying pan, add red pepper flakes, cold cooked rice, soy sauce and remaining salt and pepper to pan, stirring frequently until rice is heated through.
- Add mushrooms back into rice, mix in defrost peas and remaining chopped green onions, stir well to make the rice fluffy.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in sesame oil.
