What You'll Need:

- 1 (20 oz) can of POLAR Peeled Lychees – drained, reserving juice from can

- Vodka from the freezer

Directions:

1. Shake 2 parts vodka to 1 part lychee juice from the can.

2. Pour the mixture into a martini glass and garnish with a lychee on a cocktail skewer.

3. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a tall glass and top with lemonade, garnished with pomegranate seeds.

With a prep time of just 5 minutes and a cook time of 2 minutes, this cocktail recipe yields 10-12 servings, making it perfect for entertaining a crowd. The sweet and floral notes of the lychee combined with the kick of vodka create a delightful and unique drink that is sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
