I purchased the pack of 18 anchovy flats. I was really looking forward to trying these when they arrived. Shipment was prompt and within a day or 2 I had a recipe to try these out. First can out of the box shot oil across my kitchen due to internal pressure. Smelling the contents I decided to throw that flat directly in the trash. After cleaning up, the second flat I tried opened normally and smelled as it should. I think I'm going to like these, but not a good start with a product that's new to me. Hopefully that will be the only can in the case with a problem.

My anchovies arrived quickly, were well packed, and they are superior in quality to the others I have tried elsewhere. They are fat and firm, not mushy and skinny. I am an anchovie addict, and have extensive experience with various brands, from jars, to tins. Some tins are more oil than anchovie. Not these. These are the kind of meaty anchovies that top a salad perfectly.

On pizza ok....but there are better out there. Your round tin sardines are very good, with excellent QC and sizes
