The amount of fillet is skimpy for the mustard kippers vs. plain kippers. The mustard had one fillet and the plain had two fillets. The total weight for the mustard can is117g vs. plain can is 134g. There is one fillet in the mustard with a weight of 67g and two fillets in the plain with a weight of 105g. The mustard sauce weighed 32g and the brine/juice weighed 12g. While I do like the flavor of the mustard, in the future will only get the plain to be able to get more kippers. So I guess I feel a bit of bait and switch since there was a ton of mustard sauce, not fish. That much is not needed.
