Polar Black Garlic is made from fresh natural garlic that’s cured under controlled temperature and humidity chambers for 90 days. It’s low in sodium and Kosher certified, suitable for various diets. The heat-aging process breaks down the pungent raw garlic into sweet tasting black garlic with a smooth and creamy texture that is similar to a date. The black garlic then goes through a mashing and roasting process to infused our Puree with a hint of smokiness.
