These egg noodles are perfect in a stir-fry, soup, or even on it's own with a little home made sauce. It's non-fried and non-GMO. All it contains is wheat flower, whole egg powder, and a little bit of salt and water.
Fun fact: Egg noodles are lower in carbs and higher in protein than your average pasta.
Directions for Stir Fry or Soup: Boil enough water to cover double the amount of noodles. Cook the noodles for a minute or until the noodles start to look flexible. Once flexible, drain the noodles and run it under cold water. You will want to have the noodles a little bit under-cooked if they are going to be cooked again in a stir-fry or soup.
Directions for Dry Noodles: If you do not need to put the noodles under heat again, you may boil enough water to cover double the amount of noodles and then cook the noodles for 3-4 minutes, until it is flexible. Depending if you like your noodles al-dente, it is recommended to test the texture of the noodles once flexible.
